All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us here.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will occur after your subscription period end.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free Tier at the end of your billing cycle.

Refunds

Because ShareShield provides immediate access to its encryption services after payment, refunds are generally not issued once a subscription term begins.

However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error, or
  • You experienced technical issues preventing access to the service that could not be resolved by our support team.
